Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi also joined the demonstrations.

Foreign Minister Araqchi said his participation in the rally was aimed at strengthening morale during the crisis.

10 nurses killed in US-Israeli attacks

Meanwhile, the humanitarian toll of the strikes continues to rise. Iran’s Nursing System Organization reported that at least 10 nurses were killed in US and Israeli attacks while performing their duties.

Several other members of medical staff were also injured, according to media reports.

The developments come as threats of further escalation persist, with US President Donald Trump and other officials warning of additional action against Iran.

IRGC claims retaliatory strikes

In a separate statement, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed it had carried out a series of retaliatory strikes targeting US military assets and personnel across the region.

Brigadier General Seyyed Majid Mousavi said missile and drone attacks targeted residences of approximately 200 American pilots and crew members in Saudi Arabia’s Al-Kharj area.

The IRGC also claimed that a US Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) aircraft was destroyed, while several other aircraft sustained damage.

The Guards further claimed multiple attacks on strategic targets, including ships, military gatherings, radar installations, and drone defense systems.

Among the reported targets were a US Marines’ meeting in the United Arab Emirates, the US Fifth Fleet’s anti-drone system near Manama in Bahrain, and early warning radar systems at the Ahmed Al-Jabr base in Kuwait.

Additionally, the IRGC said an Israeli-linked container vessel was struck during the latest phase of its ongoing operation.

In a significant warning, the IRGC alleged that artificial intelligence and internet technologies were used to identify targets in Iran and announced that offices of 18 major American technology companies in the region could be targeted in response.

The claims could not be independently verified, and there has been no immediate response from US or allied officials.
