G-13/1 Apartment Construction to Resume Next Month

Islamabad: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has announced that construction work on its apartment project in Sector G-13/1 is expected to resume by the end of July or in early August, subject to approval from its Board.

Speaking to APP, FGEHA Director Staff Faiz Umer said the authority is currently developing two apartment projects for government employees in Sector G-13.

He said construction on the Kashmir Heights Apartment Project will resume on July 7, with all necessary arrangements already completed.

• Construction on the Kashmir Heights Apartment Project will restart on July 7 after all arrangements were finalized.

Regarding the second apartment project in G-13/1, Faiz Umer said all formalities related to the project, which was previously being executed by M/s EHFPRO (Private) Limited, are in the final stages.

He added that once the FGEHA Board grants formal approval at its upcoming meeting, construction activities on the project will restart by the end of July or in early August.

The authority expects the resumption of work on both projects to accelerate the provision of housing for government employees and help move the long-delayed developments toward completion.
