Man Arrested for Alleged Poland Work Visa Fraud

Rawalpindi: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested a man for allegedly defrauding two people of Rs1.2 million by promising to arrange work visas for Poland.
The FIA Anti-Human Trafficking Circle (AHTC) Rawalpindi registered a case against Ehsanullah, son of Sajjad Gul, in connection with the alleged visa fraud.
According to the investigation, Ehsanullah and Zeeshan Abbasi, son of Noor-ur-Rehman, allegedly received Rs1.2 million from complainants Atif Ali, son of Sharafat Hussain, and Khurram Shahzad, son of Riyazat Khan. The amount was reportedly paid both in cash and through bank transactions in exchange for Poland work visas.
The complainants alleged that the accused failed to arrange the promised visas despite receiving the money.
The FIA registered a case under Sections 18 and 22 of the Immigration Ordinance, 1979. Ehsanullah has been arrested, while further investigation is underway to determine the role of the other accused and trace the financial transactions.
Inspector Humaira Arbab of FIA AHTC Rawalpindi is conducting the investigation.
The FIA Islamabad Zone said it would continue action against individuals involved in visa fraud, illegal immigration and human trafficking.
Ehsanullah has been arrested, while further investigation is underway to determine the role of the other accused and trace the financial transactions.
