The traffic police have urged citizens to drive at reduced speeds during rainfall and maintain a safe distance from vehicles ahead to avoid accidents.

Motorists have also been advised to use fog lights, remain within their designated lanes, and ensure the proper use of side-view mirrors, turn signals and seat belts.

Motorcyclists have been directed to wear helmets and ride in the extreme left lane to ensure their safety during wet road conditions.

Islamabad Traffic Police personnel are deployed across the city to assist commuters and guide them through affected routes.
