Islamabad: Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police, in coordination with the Homicide Investigation Unit (HIU) of Sawan Zone, have cracked a blind murder case within hours and arrested the suspects involved in the abduction and killing of a private security guard.

An official told APP on Monday that police teams employed modern technology and human intelligence to trace and apprehend the accused in the murder of Sarfraz, who was abducted before being killed.

DIG Islamabad Muhammad Jawad Tariq said the prime accused, Juma Khan, along with his accomplice Waqar, murdered Sarfraz over a personal enmity. After the killing, the suspects attempted to mislead investigators by dumping the body inside a concrete pipe in a drain.
