Punjab Boards Announce Intermediate 2026 Position Holders

LAHORE: Educational boards across Punjab have announced the position holders of the Intermediate Annual Examinations 2026, with top-performing students securing high marks in various groups.
The detailed results of the Intermediate First Annual Examination are scheduled to be announced on Wednesday morning.
Lahore
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore announced that Mubashra of Government Degree College for Women, Islampura, and Syed Muhammad Mohi-ud-Din of Government College University, Lahore, jointly secured first position with 1,158 marks out of 1,200.
Muhammad Ahmed Shaukat and Muhammad Zunair Amjad shared second position after obtaining 1,157 marks each.
Ayesha Bakhsh, a student of a private college in Johar Town, secured third position with 1,156 marks.
Multan
In the BISE Multan Intermediate First Annual Examination, Ali bin Abdullah of Khanewal secured the overall first position with 1,163 marks, while Fakhra Zafar of Khanewal stood second with 1,162 marks.
In the Medical Group (Boys), Ali bin Abdullah topped the group with 1,163 marks. Faizan Shaukat and Daniyal Sabir, both from Khanewal, shared second position with 1,161 marks, while Muhammad bin Abdullah secured third position with 1,160 marks.
Among female Pre-Medical students, Fakhra Muzaffar of Khanewal secured first position with 1,162 marks, followed by Dua Fatima with 1,161 marks. Fatima Moeen of Vehari stood third with 1,159 marks.
In the Engineering Group, Akasha Khan of Abdul Hakim secured first position among female students with 1,157 marks. Noor-ul-Ain of Multan stood second with 1,146 marks, while Meerab Aamir of Multan secured third position with 1,150 marks.
Sahiwal
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Sahiwal also announced the annual Intermediate examination results.
Ayesha Ashfaq secured first position with 1,167 marks, while Ramal Fatima stood second with 1,162 marks. Sara Saif and Ayesha Maryam shared third position after securing 1,160 marks each.
A total of 46,246 students appeared in the examinations, of whom 28,844 passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 62.36 percent.
Rawalpindi
The Rawalpindi Board announced Wazeefa Javed, a student of a private college in Rawalpindi, as the overall first-position holder with 1,156 marks.
Noor Fatima Sajid, also from a private college in Rawalpindi, secured second position with 1,151 marks.
Students from Talagang, Nabiha Iman and Muneeb Shah, jointly secured third position with 1,142 marks each.
Sargodha
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Sargodha announced the Intermediate Annual Examination 2026 results, with Aneeqa Safdar of a private college in Bhalwal securing the overall first position with 1,162 marks.
Kazim Raza of a private college in Kot Momin stood second with 1,159 marks.
In the Pre-Medical (Girls) group, Mehrab Faraz secured first position with 1,156 marks. Rao Muhammad Abdullah Sajid topped the Pre-Engineering (Boys) group with 1,139 marks.
Khadija Saeed Rana secured first position in Pre-Engineering (Girls) with 1,142 marks, while Muhammad Ahsan Naveed topped the General Science (Boys) group with 1,135 marks.
Aneeqa Safdar also secured first position in the General Science (Girls) group with 1,162 marks.
Kazim Raza topped the Humanities and Islamic Studies (Boys) group with 1,159 marks, while Zainab Riaz secured first position in the Humanities and Islamic Studies (Girls) group with 1,137 marks.
Board Chairman Haider Abbas Gondal said transparency, merit and the prescribed rules and regulations were strictly followed during the compilation of the results. He congratulated the position holders, their parents and teachers on their achievement.
DG Khan
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Dera Ghazi Khan announced its position holders for the 2026 annual examinations.
Arifa Maryam secured overall first position with 1,164 marks, followed by Usman Ahmed with 1,161 marks. Muhammad Hanzala Munir stood third with 1,158 marks.
Bahawalpur
The Bahawalpur Board announced the results of the Intermediate Part I and II annual examinations.
Akashah Tariq secured first position with 1,158 marks, while Mishal Fatima and Muhammad Saad of Minchinabad shared second position with 1,157 marks each.
Mounis Tariq secured third position with 1,155 marks.
The board chairman congratulated the position holders and all students who demonstrated strong academic performance in the examinations.
