Many of the roads in pakistan are not in the best repairs, including, some of the principal roads such as GT road which I never seen completely in good state. The off shoots and roads in remote areas are even in worse conditions. This combined with persistent heavy rains make driving conditions treacherous. Extreme care is needed.
