Federal Govt to Establish Service Center in Karachi

KARACHI: The Federal Ministry of Interior has announced plans to establish Pakistan’s largest service center in Karachi, providing multiple facilities under one roof.
This initiative was revealed during a visit by Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi to the ministry’s office on I.I. Chundrigar Road on September 29, 2026.
During the visit, Minister Naqvi emphasized the importance of this service center in enhancing public access to essential services. He stated,
“This center will streamline processes and improve the efficiency of service delivery for citizens, making it easier for them to access government services without unnecessary delays.” The center is expected to house various departments, facilitating a one-stop solution for the public.
The establishment of this service center is anticipated to significantly impact citizens by reducing bureaucratic hurdles and improving the overall experience of interacting with government services. It aligns with the government’s broader strategy to enhance public service delivery and foster transparency in operations.
