All eyes were on Kingsmen skipper Marnus Labuschagne, leading a mix of international firepower and domestic talent. The Hyderabad side boasts names like Glenn Maxwell, Kusal Perera, and Maheesh Theekshana, alongside local players such as Sharjeel Khan and Saim Ayub.

Zalmi, meanwhile, fielded a balanced XI featuring experienced campaigners and rising stars, including Mohammad Haris, Iftikhar Ahmed, and all-round options like Aamir Jamal and Michael Bracewell.

With Zalmi opting to chase, the spotlight shifts to whether Kingsmen can post a competitive total in unfamiliar territory, or if Zalmi’s bowling attack can seize early control in this fresh PSL rivalry.
