The 21-year-old student, identified as Fatima, is enrolled in the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) programme. She was rushed to a nearby hospital in serious condition following the incident.

According to initial medical reports, the student sustained fractures to both legs. Hospital sources later said her condition was out of danger, though she remains under medical observation.

Authorities said the exact circumstances leading to the incident will be determined once the student regains full consciousness. Her mobile phone has been taken into custody, and investigators are examining it along with other available evidence.

The incident comes only days after another student enrolled in the Pharm.D programme was involved in a similar case, raising concerns about student wellbeing and mental health on university campuses.
