Licensing Services Suspended at Most ITP Centres

Islamabad: The Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) has announced the suspension of licensing services at most police facilitation centres from April 20 until further orders, while selected centres will continue to remain operational.
According to an ITP official, licensing services will remain available at Police Khidmat Markaz F-6, Gulberg Greens, and the Cascade facility located in the Diplomatic Enclave.
He added that services at the Faizabad Traffic Headquarters and other facilitation centres across the city have been temporarily suspended during this period.
Citizens have been advised to visit only the designated centres for licensing-related services to avoid inconvenience. The official further stated that updates and information can be obtained through the Islamabad Traffic Police WhatsApp channel, official social media platforms, and ITP FM 92.4.

Two Arrested in Wah Cantt Theft Case
Police have arrested two suspects allegedly involved in a theft and pickpocketing gang during an operation in Wah Cantonment, officials said on Monday.
According to police sources, the suspects were detained during a targeted operation against criminal activities in the area.
Officials said stolen items recovered from their possession included cash, a water dispenser, and bags of cement.
Police added that further investigation is underway to determine the full extent of the suspects’ involvement and to identify possible accomplices linked to the group.
