Islamabad: A fire that broke out at a restaurant located in Islamabad’s I-8 Markaz was brought under control after a swift response by rescue teams and firefighters on Wednesday.

According to the district administration, the blaze started on the top floor of a commercial building, prompting the immediate deployment of fire brigade vehicles to the site.

The restaurant was evacuated as a precautionary measure while firefighting teams worked to contain the flames and prevent the fire from spreading to nearby buildings.
