Attaullah Tarar Vows to Block Violent Protests in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has categorically stated that the government holds the constitutional responsibility to ensure that no violent mob enters the federal capital.
Speaking on the prevailing security situation, the minister emphasized that maintaining public order and protecting the lives and property of citizens remains the top priority of the state, leaving no room for lawlessness under the guise of political agitation.
Elaborating on the administrative measures, Tarar maintained that peaceful assembly is a democratic right, but violent groups attempting to paralyze state machinery and disrupt daily life will be dealt with strictly according to the law.
