Rain Forecast Across Several KP Districts

Peshawar: Hot and partly cloudy weather is expected across most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during the next 24 hours, while rain accompanied by strong winds and thunderstorms is likely in several areas, according to the Meteorological Department.
Rain is expected in Chitral, Upper Dir, Swat, Shangla, Battagram, Kohistan and Mansehra.
The department has also forecast rain, strong winds and thunderstorms in Bajaur, Mohmand, Mardan, Swabi, Nowshera, Charsadda, Peshawar and Khyber.
Rain is also likely in Kohat, Karak, Hangu, Lakki Marwat, Bannu, Kurram and North Waziristan, with heavy rainfall possible at some locations.
During the past 24 hours, Kalam received 2 millimetres of rain, while Parachinar recorded 1 millimetre.
Meanwhile, air quality in Peshawar reached 154 on the Air Quality Index (AQI), indicating unhealthy conditions. According to IQAir, Abbottabad recorded an AQI of 117, while Baffa recorded 92.
