Islamabad: Pakistani television actress Laiba Khan has sparked speculation about her married life after sharing a brief but thought-provoking post on social media.

The actress, who celebrated a series of lavish wedding events in January and February this year, married her husband Jawad in 2024 before holding formal wedding ceremonies earlier in 2025.

Recently, Laiba shared a quote attributed to Princess Diana on her Instagram Story that read: “Everyone loves me, except the person I love.”

The post quickly gained attention across social media, with many users attempting to interpret its meaning. Some fans speculated that the message could indicate difficulties in her relationship with her husband, although neither Laiba nor Jawad has commented on the matter.

Rumours regarding Jawad’s personal life had also circulated during the couple’s wedding celebrations, with some social media users claiming that he was previously married and had a daughter.

However, no official statement was issued by either Laiba or Jawad regarding those claims.

Following Laiba’s latest post, fans expressed concern and sympathy online, while others urged people not to jump to conclusions based on a single social media update.

Laiba Khan is one of Pakistan’s most popular television actresses and enjoys a strong presence on Instagram, where she has more than four million followers.

The actress made headlines earlier this year when photos from her wedding in Madinah went viral on social media. The nikah ceremony was held in a private and spiritual setting at Masjid-e-Nabawi.

For the occasion, Laiba wore a simple white abaya adorned with delicate gold dabka work and paired it with a red nikah dupatta featuring her husband’s name. Sharing photographs from the ceremony, she captioned them: “Jawad’s bride.”

Although she did not reveal her husband’s face in the pictures, she expressed gratitude and happiness, writing: “In the name of Allah, a prayer accepted, a promise fulfilled. Our marriage, written by Allah, in the city of peace and blessings. Remember us in your prayers. Masha Allah, Alhamdulillah.”

Her wedding celebrations began with a dholki and prayer ceremony, during which she wore a mauve-pink anarkali embellished with gold and tilla work. She completed the look with traditional jewellery and soft curls, earning praise from fans for her elegant appearance.

Laiba rose to prominence with the drama serial ‘Kafara’, which reportedly received nearly two billion views in 2024. She has also appeared in several popular dramas, including ‘Aafat’, ‘Aaspas’, ‘Humraaz’, ‘Belgaam’, and most recently ‘Mehra’, where her performance was widely appreciated.

In a recent interview, Laiba said she was satisfied with her career achievements and hoped to focus more on her personal life after marriage.

Her sister, Iman Khan, is also a well-known actress in Pakistan and has been part of the entertainment industry since childhood.

While speculation surrounding Laiba’s recent social media post continues, neither the actress nor her husband has publicly addressed the rumors, leaving fans guessing about the meaning behind the message.
