RIYADH: Yemen’s Houthi movement launched a coordinated wave of ballistic missile and drone strikes targeting sensitive sites in Riyadh and critical oil facilities in the Red Sea port city of Yanbu, escalating regional hostilities.

Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree confirmed the operations in a Telegram statement, asserting that the strikes were a direct retaliation against Saudi-led coalition actions and aerial bombardments in the Yemeni capital, Sana’a.
