Sania Ashfaq Shares Shocking Divorce Claims

Islamabad: Former Pakistan cricketer Imad Wasim’s ex-wife, Sania Ashfaq, has made a series of serious allegations about their marriage and separation, triggering widespread discussion on social media.

In a series of posts, Sania claimed that Imad Wasim cheated on her while she was pregnant with their third child. She further alleged that he married a woman named Naila Raja in February 2026 and has since been sharing photos of his new life on social media.

According to Sania, despite moving on with his life, Imad has been sending her legal notices asking her to vacate their apartment and hand over custody of their children.

She said she felt compelled to speak publicly because she is fighting for the rights and welfare of her children.

Describing their marriage, Sania alleged that Imad imposed strict restrictions on her and treated her poorly. She also claimed that he has refused to financially support or visit their children, while simultaneously seeking custody of them.

In one of her social media posts, Sania wrote, “Look at the audacity of this person. After everything he did to me and our children, he is still making these claims. The whole world knows when his relationship with his new wife began.”

She further alleged that Imad’s behavior became particularly harsh during her pregnancy and claimed that he had been unfaithful while she was expecting their child.

Sania also claimed that Imad Wasim was arrested in the United Kingdom in July 2025 over allegations of misconduct and domestic violence. She alleged that social services became involved in the case and that she faced pressure to withdraw her complaint. These claims have not been independently verified.

According to Sania, social workers recently asked Imad whether he wished to speak with his children, but she claimed he showed no interest.

“He neither wants to talk to the children nor see them, yet he continues to make my life difficult in the hope that I will hand over the children to him,” she wrote.

Expressing her emotional distress, Sania said, “As a mother, this is extremely painful. If you did not care about your children, why did you bring them into this world? Then you tell people that I prevented you from speaking to them, which is completely false.”

She concluded by vowing never to give up her children, saying she would continue to stand by them regardless of the challenges she faces.

“I will never leave my children. No matter how difficult you make my life, I will always protect them. I believe the truth will eventually come out and the world will see your real face,” she wrote.

Imad Wasim has not publicly responded to Sania Ashfaq’s latest allegations at the time of publication.
