NADRA Jobs 2026: Who Can Apply and Where?

Sargodha: Women looking for employment opportunities in Punjab have a new opening as the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced recruitment for the position of Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator) across eight districts of the province.

The recruitment drive is specifically aimed at women from Faisalabad, Chiniot, Jhang, Hafizabad, Sargodha, Mianwali, Khushab and Bhakkar, with walk-in tests scheduled between September 29 and October 1, 2026.

Unlike conventional recruitment processes, eligible candidates can appear directly for the test at the designated NADRA office on the date assigned to their district. Candidates who qualify and are shortlisted will then proceed to the interview stage.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must be women belonging to the district for which they are applying. NADRA will verify the candidate’s district through her CNIC or domicile certificate.

The minimum educational requirement is Intermediate or an equivalent qualification. Candidates with at least one year of relevant work experience will be preferred.

The maximum age limit is 25 years, with the five-year general age relaxation already included. NADRA has clarified that no additional age relaxation will be provided.

Women from minority communities and women with disabilities are also eligible to apply.

Where Are the Vacancies?

The positions have been distributed across different locations in the eight districts.

In Faisalabad, three positions are available for Satiana, Aminpur and Ram Diwali, while Chiniot has two vacancies for Ahmad Nagar.

Jhang has two positions covering 18-Hazari and Shorkot. Hafizabad has five vacancies in Kasoki, Vanike Tarar, Kaleke, Jalalpur Bhattian and Sukheke.

In Sargodha, five positions have been allocated for Kot Momin, Farooka, CFSC and Sillanwali.

Mianwali has four vacancies covering Kot Chandna, Mianwali, Chakrala and Bin Hafiz Ji. Khushab has two positions in Jauharabad and Mitha Tiwana, while Bhakkar has three vacancies in Behal, Dalay Wala and Mankera.

NADRA has advised applicants to carefully consult the official advertisement to confirm the specific tehsil linked to their preferred location.

Test and Interview Schedule

The recruitment schedule has been divided according to districts.

Candidates from Faisalabad, Chiniot and Jhang will take their tests on September 29, with interviews for successful candidates scheduled for September 30.

Applicants from Hafizabad and Sargodha will appear for tests on September 30, followed by interviews on October 1.

Candidates from Mianwali, Khushab and Bhakkar will take their tests on October 1, with interviews scheduled for October 2.

Registration for the walk-in test will remain open from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, while interviews will begin at 9:00 AM on the scheduled dates.

NADRA has made clear that only candidates who pass the test and are shortlisted will be invited for interviews. Requests concerning delays after the registration deadline will not be entertained.

Documents Candidates Must Bring

Candidates appearing for the test must bring their original personal, educational and professional documents.

Women currently employed by government or semi-government organizations will also be required to present a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

At the interview stage, candidates will have to provide educational certificates verified by the relevant educational board. Those selected for appointment will subsequently need to submit medical fitness and character certificates.

NADRA has also warned that candidates found to have provided false or incorrect information at any stage of the recruitment process may be disqualified.

Where Will the Recruitment Take Place?

Both the tests and interviews will be held at the NADRA Regional Head Office, 6 Gulshan Avenue, Link PAF Road, Sargodha.

Eligible women can participate through the walk-in process by appearing at the regional office on their assigned test date.
