RIYADH: Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman met with UAE Vice President Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Riyadh on Tuesday, according to Saudi official media. This meeting comes months after the two nations experienced tensions over the ongoing conflict in Yemen.
The discussions were reportedly aimed at reviewing bilateral relations and regional developments, as Saudi Arabia faces increasing threats from Yemen’s Houthi rebels, who have intensified attacks on Saudi oil facilities, tankers, and airports, including strikes near the capital.
The Saudi Press Agency noted that the meeting also included Saudi Defence Minister Khalid bin Salman.
