Sydney: Sam Neill, the acclaimed actor best known for portraying Dr Alan Grant in the blockbuster Jurassic Park franchise, has died at the age of 78, according to a statement released by his family.
The family said Neill passed away in Sydney, Australia, surrounded by his loved ones during his final moments. They described his death as sudden and unexpected, remembering him as a man who lived with dignity, resilience and grace throughout his life.
