Case Filed Over Alleged Dance Party at Judicial Complex

Rawalpindi: The Civil Line police have registered a case after a video allegedly showing a dance party inside the Rawalpindi Judicial Complex surfaced on social media, prompting an investigation into the incident.

According to police officials, the First Information Report (FIR) was lodged at Civil Lines police station on the complaint of a sessions court watchman. Authorities said efforts are underway to identify and apprehend the individuals appearing in the footage.

In his complaint, the watchman stated that he came across a video circulating online that allegedly showed men and women engaging in inappropriate activities within the premises of the Judicial Complex.

The FIR states that the incident reportedly took place in a section of the complex used by lawyers. The complainant alleged that the footage showed men and women performing indecent acts and maintained that those visible in the video could be identified.

Following the registration of the case, Civil Lines Police launched an investigation and began examining the video and other available evidence to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Police officials said legal action would be taken against those found responsible in accordance with the law.

No arrests had been announced at the time of filing this report, while investigations and efforts to trace the individuals seen in the footage were continuing.
