Security Forces Eliminate Eight Terrorists in Waziristan

NORTH WAZIRISTAN: Security forces successfully eliminated eight heavily armed terrorists during a successful intelligence-based operation conducted in the North Waziristan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, officials confirmed on Wednesday.
The operation, launched following credible intelligence regarding the presence of anti-state elements, resulted in an intense exchange of fire between the troops and the entrenched militants.
According to the military’s media wing, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the neutralized terrorists were actively involved in numerous acts of sabotage, extortion, and targeted attacks against law enforcement agencies and innocent civilians in the region. Weapons, ammunition, and explosives were also recovered from the possession of the slain militants, who were planning further high-profile subversive activities.
