Kaghan Valley Blanketed In White as Winter’s First Snowfall Arrives

Kaghan: The gorgeous vistas of Kaghan Valley started to transform into a winter wonderland as snow began falling on the majestic peaks of the region on Monday, marking the arrival of the cold season.

Following the snowfall, the natural beauty of Kaghan Valley underwent a spectacular change, enhanced by the immaculate white surroundings. The weather is clear and sunny on the plains of Mansehra, in stark contrast to the snowy heights of the upper regions which are still enveloped in clouds.

The popular tourist destination of Naran also experienced light snow in its hilly terrain, marking the official commencement of the chilly season. This natural beauty attracted tourists to flock to eye-catching locations such as Babusar Top, Malka Parbat, Lake Saif-ul-Mulook and Makra Top to witness the snow-covered beauty first hand.

In district Abbottabad, where temperatures have significantly decreased, last night’s torrential downpour also rapped on winter’s door.

In the top regions of the Hazara division, another round of rain and snow is also anticipated which will result in a significant change in the weather. APP
