Five Killed as Landslide Buries Vehicle in Baltistan

Gilgit: At least five people were killed when a vehicle was buried under a landslide on the Shahra-e-Baltistan in Rondu, Baltistan, on Sunday.

According to Rescue 1122, the tragic accident occurred near the Malupa area of Rondu, where a vehicle traveling from Skardu to Shingus was struck by a massive landslide.

The vehicle was buried under the debris, confirmed by Assistant Commissioner Rondu, Muhammad Hussain Butt.
