Blind murder of two real brothers solved, three arrested

Rawalpindi: The district police claimed to have solved a murder case of four brothers who were brutally killed and arrested three alleged killers, including mastermind of the heinous crime.

According to the press statement issued by the CPO office on Tuesday, Pirwadhai police claimed to have solved the blind murder case and held the three suspected, who were tenants of the victims for the last 30 years.

The press statement said that the mastermind of the murders namely Javed and his accomplices allegedly killed two brothers in front of their home.

Sajid was killed on July 18 this year while Majid, real brother of Sajid, was shot dead on September 27 in the jurisdiction of Pirwadhai police station.

The arrested suspects identified as Javed Akram, Imran and Aamir hatched a plan to grab property of the victims and started killing the family members.

The police first arrested the killer of Majid and later on managed to catch the mastermind and another accomplice.

Arsalan, the main suspect in the alleged rape and murder of seven-year-old Mantha, was killed in an alleged police encounter, according to police officials.

The victim, a second-grade student, had left her home a few days ago to buy food items from a nearby shop but did not return.

According to her family, they began searching for the child after she went missing. Her body was later found in a room above the shop.

The incident sparked widespread anger and concern among residents of the area.

Police sources said the girl was allegedly lured away by employees working at the shop.
