Two killed in separate incidents in Wah Cantt

Wah Cantt: Two people, including a woman, were found dead in separate incidents in Wah Cantt on Friday, prompting police to launch investigations into the circumstances surrounding their deaths.

According to police and rescue sources, the body of a man was recovered from a deserted area in Wani Gujjran, within the jurisdiction of Taxila Police Station.

The body was shifted for legal formalities as police began an investigation to determine the cause of death and establish the circumstances leading to the man’s death.

In a separate incident, the body of a woman was recovered near Kala Stream in the jurisdiction of Wah Saddar Police Station.

Police said the woman was reportedly from a nomadic family and had left home to beg but subsequently went missing. Her body was later found near the stream bearing apparent blunt-force injury marks.

Police have registered separate cases in connection with both incidents and launched further investigations. Authorities are working to identify those responsible and determine the circumstances surrounding the two deaths.
