Terrorism Central Issue in Afghanistan: Pakistan

MOSCOW: Pakistan’s Special Representative for Afghanistan, Mohammad Sadiq, emphasized on Monday that terrorism remains a fundamental issue plaguing Afghanistan, asserting that Pakistan will continue to implement all necessary measures to ensure the safety of its citizens in line with international law.

Sadiq made these remarks during the eighth meeting of the Moscow Format Consultations on Afghanistan, held in the Russian capital. The gathering aimed to address the ongoing situation in Afghanistan and discuss regional concerns, as stated by the Foreign Office.
