Designed to provide seamless guidance throughout the sacred journey, the upgraded mobile application integrates real-time assistance, comprehensive itinerary tracking, and interactive navigational tools for the upcoming Hajj season.
According to official statements, the newly introduced functionalities aim to bridge communication gaps and ensure that pilgrims remain well-informed regarding flight schedules, accommodation details, and health advisories.
The application now includes a dedicated translation feature, panic alerts for emergencies, and direct communication channels with designated group leaders and Pakistani mission officials stationed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The modernization of the Hajj management process underscores the government’s broader digital transformation agenda in public service delivery.
By leveraging mobile technology, authorities seek to minimize logistical bottlenecks, reduce reliance on physical paperwork, and empower elderly or first-time travelers with user-friendly digital tools that operate efficiently even with fluctuating internet connectivity in Mina and Arafat.
