Mahira Khan Announces Second Pregnancy at 41

Karachi: Pakistani actress Mahira Khan has announced that she is expecting her second child at the age of 41, sharing the news with her fans on social media.
The actress posted a photograph in which she can be seen dressed in white while proudly showing her baby bump. Alongside the picture, she wrote, “We make plans, and then there is Allah’s plan.”
The announcement was met with an outpouring of congratulatory messages from fans and members of the entertainment industry.
Actress Saboor Aly congratulated Mahira, saying that Allah’s plans are ultimately the ones people cherish the most. Actress Sarwat Gilani also extended her best wishes to Mahira and her husband.
The upcoming arrival will be Mahira Khan’s second child. Her first son, Azlan, was born around 17 years ago during her previous marriage to Ali Askari.
Mahira Khan married businessman Salim Karim in October 2023, and the couple is expecting their first child together.
The actress is currently in Toronto for the Toronto International Film Festival, where she was invited to the world premiere of *Your Mother, Your Mother, Your Mother*, directed by Bassam Tariq.
Reports further indicate that Mahira Khan and Bassam Tariq are set to receive the “Muslim Excellence in Cinema and Art Award” from the Muslim International Film Festival Toronto in recognition of their contributions to the entertainment industry.
