Isha Ambani, Alia Bhatt Steal Spotlight at 2024 Met Gala

Islamabad: Isha Ambani, Asia’s wealthiest individual, Mukesh Ambani, and Alia Bhatt, a Bollywood’s renowned actress dazzled on the red carpet of the 2024 Met Gala held in the United States.
Her appearance quickly became a topic of discussion on social media.
The Met Gala is an annual event held on the first Monday of May at the Costume Institute of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, USA.
It attracts famous film stars and models from across the globe.
This year, Indian celebrities Alia Bhatt and Isha Ambani made headlines with their fruit-themed attire. The theme for the 2024 Met Gala was ‘Garden of Time.’
Alia Bhatt graced the event in a stunning 9-yard saree designed by the renowned Sabyasachi, adorned with intricate hand-embroidered flowers. However, it was the 23-foot-long pallu of her saree that stole the spotlight.
Indian media reports reveal that the actress’s traditional yet opulent saree was meticulously crafted by approximately 163 artisans over 1965 hours for this prestigious global fashion gathering.
Meanwhile, Isha Ambani, the sole daughter of Indian magnate Mukesh Ambani, donned a creation by fashion designer Rahul Mishra.
Aligned with the ‘Garden of Time’ theme, Isha Ambani chose a hand-embroidered saree gown crafted by Rahul Mishra.
Similar to Alia Bhatt, Isha Ambani received styling expertise from renowned Indian stylist Anita Shroff Adajania. The intricate appliqué work has been completed.
As per the stylist, a variety of techniques, including Farshi, Zardozi, Nakshi, Dabka, and French Tinka, were employed for the embroidery adorning this appliqué.
