Gold Prices Climb Rs1,900 Per Tola as Global Rates Rise

Islamabad: Gold prices in Pakistan moved upward on Tuesday, following a rise in international markets, with the price of 24-karat gold increasing by Rs1,900 per tola to reach Rs247,600.

According to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also registered an increase of Rs1,629, reaching Rs212,277 compared to Rs210,648 a day earlier.

The price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold climbed to Rs194,587 from Rs193,094.

Meanwhile, silver prices remained unchanged, with one tola selling at Rs2,650 and 10 grams at Rs2,271.94.

In the global market, gold prices rose by $19, increasing from $2,355 to $2,374, contributing to the upward trend in domestic prices.
