Man Arrested for Alleged Sexual Abuse

Rawalpindi: The police claimed to have arrested a man for alleged sexual abuse in Rawalpindi, police sources said on Saturday. 

The suspected man, identified as Mohammad Salim, allegedly raped a 9-year-old boy.  

According to a police spokesman, the father of the victim filed a complaint against the suspect at the police station, leading to the registration of a case and subsequent arrest of the accused, Salim, by the police.

Further details reflect that the victim underwent necessary medical procedures, and all legal requirements have been fulfilled.

SP (Potohar) Nasir Nawaz said that the suspect would be brought to justice with solid evidence. There is a zero-tolerance policy on abuse of children and women, which will be ensured at all times, he added.
