Zimbabwe Team Enjoys Islamabad Outing

Islamabad: The Zimbabwe cricket team took time off from their tight schedule on Thursday to explore the scenic capital, enjoying shopping and sampling traditional cuisine during a visit to a local mall in Islamabad.

Team members browsed various stores, picked up souvenirs, and praised the city’s vibrant atmosphere. They also indulged in local dishes, appreciating the hospitality extended to them during their stay.

The players described the outing as a refreshing break and thanked Islamabad’s citizens for their warm welcome.

Meanwhile, the Pakistan T20 squad intensified preparations ahead of the upcoming Tri-Nation series fixture. During a rigorous training session at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, players focused on refining batting, bowling, and fielding skills under the supervision of the coaching staff.

The session also included fitness and conditioning drills before players moved to the nets.

Pakistan is scheduled to face Sri Lanka on Saturday as part of the series.
