Wafaqi Mohtasib Directs Enhanced Support For Overseas Pakistanis

Islamabad: Wafaqi Mohtasib Ejaz Ahmad Qureshi has instructed departments handling overseas Pakistanis to intensify efforts for the swift resolution of their issues.
Ejaz Ahmad further directed NADRA to establish offices in Bahrain and Baghdad and asked the Airport Security Force (ASF) to issue entry passes to Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) officials working at the ‘One Window Facilitation Desks’.
Qureshi emphasised that overseas Pakistanis are vital to Pakistan’s economy and deserve full facilitation. His directives followed a report highlighting the problems faced by overseas Pakistanis.
Grievance Commissioner for Overseas Pakistanis informed that more than 70,000 complaints received this year have already been addressed.
A dedicated office for the Grievance Commissioner for Overseas Pakistanis is operational at Wafaqi Mohtasib’s office, where any overseas Pakistani can file complaints regarding issues or injustices encountered.
