Vegetable Vendor’s Son Secures 3rd Position in Lahore Board

Nankana Sahib: Faizan Raza, the son of a vegetable vendor from Nankana Sahib, has made headlines by securing third position in the Lahore Board’s matriculation examination, scoring an impressive 1,186 out of 1,200 marks in the Science Group.
A student at a government high school in Shahkot, Faizan’s success is being celebrated as an inspiring example of perseverance and dedication in the face of adversity.
Speaking to Samaa TV, Faizan attributed his achievement to the unwavering support of his father and his own determination to excel.
“Despite all challenges, my father always motivated me to study. He never let financial difficulties come in the way of my education,” Faizan said.
His father, who sells vegetables to support the family, was overcome with emotion while speaking about his son’s accomplishment.
“We never had much, but I always dreamed of seeing my children succeed. Faizan proved that even a child from a government school can achieve a position with dedication and hard work,” he said.
Faizan’s story has sparked widespread admiration on social media and is being hailed as a symbol of hope for students from underprivileged backgrounds across Pakistan.
