Upper Sindh, KP & Punjab Will Experience Persistent Fog

Islamabad: Dense fog is predicted to prevail over plain areas of Punjab, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and upper Sindh over the next 24 hours.

In the early morning hours, isolated locations in the Pothohar and Kashmir regions are likely to experience frost.

The synoptic condition indicated that continental air dominated over most of the country. In the majority of the South Asian nation, chilly and dry weather is predicted, with extremely cold temperatures in northern regions and north Balochistan.

The majority of the country saw chilly, dry weather over the past 24 hours, with Gilgit-Baltistan and north Balochistan seeing extremely cold temperatures.

The lowest minimum temperatures recorded during the period were Leh -12 C, Skardu -11, Ziarat -08, Astore -07, Kalam, Gilgit, Kalat -06 and Hunza -05 C
