Two Killed, Three Injured in Kohistan Accident

Peshawar: At least two people were killed  and three others injured when a vehicle fell into a deep gorge in the Upper Kohistan area, police reported on Monday. 

The incident occurred in Lotar, Upper Kohistan, when the driver lost control of the vehicle, which had five people on board.

Rescue teams shifted the victims to District Headquarters Hospital Dasu, where doctors declared two individuals deceased. 

The doctors also said that the three injured individuals were in critical condition.

Rescue 1122 later transferred the critically injured to Saidu Hospital in Swat for further treatment.
