Two Children Killed, Several Injured in Pishin Blast

Islamabad: The powerful blast near the Police Line area in Pishin, a district in the Balochistan province claimed the lives of at least two innocent children, while several others, including police officials were injured in the attack on Saturday afternoon.

 According to details, police sources confirmed that the blast is believed to have occurred near a vehicle, causing extensive damage to nearby buildings and other vehicles, private news channels reported.

  Emergency Service 1122  rushed to the scene to provide aid to the injured, who were later shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.

  Police added that the exact nature of the blast is yet to be determined, but initial reports suggest that it may have been a targeted attack on the police.  An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the explosion and identify those responsible.

PM Shehbaz Sharif Strongly Condemns Pishin Blast

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday expressed his strong condemnation of the blast near the police lines in Pishin district, Balochistan.

In a heartfelt message, the Prime Minister conveyed his deep grief and sorrow over the tragic loss of young children in the explosion, offering his sympathies to the bereaved families. He prayed for the swift recovery of the injured police personnel and instructed the relevant authorities to provide the best possible medical care to them.

The Prime Minister also directed the authorities to swiftly identify and bring the perpetrators to justice, ensuring that they face exemplary punishment. He condemned the terrorists responsible for the attack, stating that they were unworthy of being called humans for targeting innocent children.

Reaffirming his commitment, the Prime Minister vowed to continue the fight against terrorism until the menace is completely eradicated.

Sindh CM Shah Condemns Pishin Bomb Blast

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah on Saturday strongly condemned the bomb blast that occurred near the Police Lines in Pishin, Balochistan.

The Chief Minister expressed his grief and sorrow over the tragic deaths of two innocent children in the blast. He emphasized that terrorists pose a serious threat to the country’s integrity and urged collective efforts to combat terrorism.

CM Murad prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured and extended his sympathies to the families of the deceased. He called on everyone to unite in the fight against terrorism, seeking divine help to end this menace.
