Three Arrested for Torturing Woman in Wah Cantt

Wah Cantt: The Wah Saddar police on Friday arrested three suspects for allegedly torturing a woman in the Nawababad area over a family dispute.
The ex-husband and his brother were among the suspects, according to a police spokesman. A viral CCTV footage showed three men abusing and beating a woman outside her house.
City Police Officer Syed Khalid Hamdani took notice of the incident and directed the immediate arrest of the perperators.
The suspects, including ex-husband Mumtaz Gillani, his brother Khalid Shah, and an accomplice identified as Nadeem, were apprehended.
This action aligns with Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz’s “Never Again” vision against crimes involving women and children.
