Ingredients for Sriracha Honey Sauce
- Mayonnaise: 1 cup
- Sweet chili sauce: 2 tbsp
- Chili sauce: 2 tbsp
- Sriracha sauce: ¼ cup
- Honey: ¼ cup
- Paprika powder: 1 tbsp
- Ingredients for Wings Marination
- Chicken wings: 900g
- Chili sauce: 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
- Egg: 1
- Paprika powder: 1 tbsp
- Mixed herbs: 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes: 1 tsp
- Garlic powder: 1 tbsp
- White pepper powder: 1 tsp
- All-purpose flour: 1 cup
- Parsley (for garnishing)
- Sesame seeds (for garnishing)
Directions
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, chili sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, salt, and paprika powder. Mix well to make the sauce.
In another bowl, mix chili sauce, soy sauce, egg, paprika powder, mixed herbs, red chili flakes, garlic powder, and white pepper powder to prepare the marinade.
Cut the chicken wings from the center. Add all-purpose flour to the wings and mix well. Marinate the wings in the prepared mixture for 30 minutes.
Deep fry the marinated wings in heated oil until fully cooked.
Toss the fried wings in the prepared honey sriracha sauce until well-coated.
Garnish with parsley and sesame seeds.
