Semifinals & Final Tickets for ICC T20 WC Now Available

Islamabad: Cricket fans can now secure their seats for the high-stakes climax of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, as tickets for the semifinals and final went on sale Tuesday (February 24).
The first semifinal is scheduled for March 4, the second for March 5, and the final on March 8. However, venue arrangements remain fluid for certain matches, adding an element of suspense for supporters.
Semifinal 1 will take place either at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo or the Eden Gardens, depending on which teams qualify. Semifinal 2 is confirmed for the Wankhede Stadium.

The arrangement ensures flexibility: if Pakistan reaches the semifinals, they will play in Colombo on March 4. If Pakistan misses out but Sri Lanka qualifies against a team other than India, Colombo will host Semifinal 1. In other scenarios, including an India–Sri Lanka clash, Kolkata will host the game.
Similarly, the final’s venue is contingent on participating teams. A Pakistan appearance will see the final held in Colombo; otherwise, Ahmedabad will host the championship decider.
Organizers have assured fans that tickets purchased for venues that do not host the intended match will be fully refunded, allowing supporters to plan without financial risk.
This flexible approach underscores the growing logistical complexity of hosting a global tournament across multiple countries while maintaining fan engagement and excitement.
