Rising Terrorism Threatens KP Stability

Peshawar: Sikandar Sherpao, President of the Qumi Watan Party Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa chapter, along with Dr Farooq, General Secretary, and Tariq Khan, Spokesperson, met Dr Syed Akhtar Ali Shah, Chairman of National Think Tank, at Daa Shahjee Kor in Hayatabad, Peshawar.

During their meeting, they discussed issues of national and regional importance, expressing concern that the rise in terrorism is destabilizing the region and negatively impacting the economy, particularly in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.

They unanimously agreed that millions of educated youth are struggling to find employment. The youth are in need of parks, playgrounds, and other recreational facilities.

They emphasized that the federal government must allocate resources to the province as a constitutional right. The leaders also agreed to launch a sustained struggle to secure the rights of the people.
