Rain Cools Bahawalpur as Downpours Hit Overnight

Bahawalpur: Bahawalpur and its surrounding areas experienced rainfall on the night between Friday and Saturday, which brought the temperature down.

The heavy showers caused rainwater to accumulate on roads and enter houses and shops in the downtown areas.  The rain continued after lowering down the temperature to 22°C. The local meteorological office has forecast partly cloudy to cloudy weather with chances of rain in Bahawalpur for the next 24 hours, with maximum and minimum temperatures recorded at 30°C and 22°C, respectively.
