PCB Reveals Tri-Nation ODI Schedule

Islamabad: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the schedule for the highly anticipated tri-nation One-Day International (ODI) series featuring Pakistan, New Zealand, and South Africa.

The series, promising thrilling cricket action, will be held across two iconic venues: Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium and Karachi’s National Stadium.

The tournament kicks off on February 8 with Pakistan taking on New Zealand at the revamped Gaddafi Stadium, which boasts an increased spectator capacity. The second match, scheduled for February 10, will see New Zealand and South Africa face off at the same venue.

Karachi’s National Stadium will host Pakistan’s clash with South Africa on February 12. The grand finale, bringing the three nations’ cricketing talents together, is set for February 14 in Karachi.

The PCB has made significant upgrades to the venues to enhance the experience for players and spectators. Gaddafi Stadium now features 480 modern LED lights to improve broadcast quality, two large digital replay screens, and a nearly completed hospitality enclosure for players and officials.

Similarly, the Karachi stadium has undergone extensive improvements, including the installation of 350 advanced LED lights and a new hospitality enclosure at the University End. These developments aim to ensure world-class facilities for the much-awaited series.

The tri-nation series promises to deliver cricketing excellence, as fans eagerly await the battle among these top-tier teams.
