Pak Army Destroys Ammunition Depots in Paktika

Peshawar: The Pakistan Army has continued its retaliatory operations against the Afghan Taliban and Fitna al-Khwarij, successfully destroying ammunition depots at Shaheen Base in Paktika.
Security sources stated that the operation targeted an Afghan Taliban post near Shawal in South Waziristan. Afghan Taliban and Fitna al-Khwarij fighters were forced to flee as the post was destroyed using explosives.
According to the sources, the Pakistan Army is continuously targeting Taliban hideouts and military installations. Operation Ghazab Lil Haq will continue until all objectives are fully achieved.
Police Seize Large Cache of Arms in Kohat Operation
Police foiled an attempt to smuggle a large cache of arms and ammunition during an operation at the Indus Highway check post on Monday.
District Police Officer (DPO) Shehbaz Elahi said law enforcement personnel intercepted a suspicious vehicle and discovered hidden compartments inside it. Authorities recovered 19 Kalashnikov rifles, 22 pistols of 30 bore, nine 9mm pistols, 44 magazines, and over 2,500 rounds of ammunition.
Two suspects, Armanullah and Yaseen-ur-Rehman, residents of Bannu, were taken into custody. The DPO added that the operation is part of ongoing efforts to curb illegal arms trafficking and maintain peace and security in the region.
