Lake View Park, Daman-e-Koh Designated Family-Only for Eid Holidays

Islamabad: In an effort to manage crowds and enhance security during the Eid Al-Adha holidays, the Islamabad district administration has restricted access to Lake View Park and Daman-e-Koh, designating them as family-only parks for the three-day festival.

According to an official notification issued by the administration, only families will be permitted to enter these popular recreational sites from the first to the third day of Eid. The decision aims to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for visitors, particularly women and children, amid the expected surge in holiday footfall.

Meanwhile, members of the Bohra community across Pakistan are observing Eid Al-Adha today with religious fervor. In Karachi, a large congregation gathered at the Taheri Mosque, where special prayers were offered for national peace, unity, and prosperity.
