ITP Traffic Advisory: Diversions on Key Roads from 11am to 5pm

Islamabad: Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) have announced traffic diversions on major roads of the federal capital from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, advising citizens to plan their travel accordingly.

An ITP spokesperson on Tuesday that traffic diversions will be implemented at different times on the following roads:

Srinagar Highway

Islamabad Expressway

Police Lines Road

Faisal Avenue

He said that during the diversion timings, commuters may use Margalla Road, Club Road, Murree Road, and inner-city service roads as alternative routes.

The spokesperson advised citizens to leave for their destinations 20 to 25 minutes earlier to avoid inconvenience.

He added that Islamabad Traffic Police officers will remain deployed on the roads to facilitate motorists and ensure smooth traffic flow.
