ITP Announces Traffic Diversions on Srinagar Highway

Islamabad: Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) has announced temporary traffic diversions on Srinagar Highway from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday to ensure smooth traffic flow in the federal capital.

An ITP official told APP that diversions will be in place during the specified hours, urging commuters to use alternative routes including IJP Road, Iran Avenue, Islamabad Expressway, and inner-city service roads.

Road users have been advised to plan their travel with an additional 20 to 25 minutes to avoid delays and congestion.

The official added that ITP personnel will be deployed along affected routes to assist commuters and manage traffic efficiently during the diversion period.
