Indian Actress Accuses Producer of Television Serial of Harassment

Islamabad: Television actress Krishna Mukherjee has made accusations of harassment against the producer of the show “Shubh Shagan.” 

In a statement shared on social media, she expressed undergoing a tumultuous phase for the past eighteen months, feeling distressed and burdened. 

Mukherjee admitted regretting her involvement in the show, citing it as the source of her troubles.

She stated that despite her reluctance, she acquiesced to others’ persuasion to take on the project. Mukherjee disclosed instances of alleged harassment by the production house and its producer, Kandan Singh. 

She recounted an incident where, feeling unwell and hesitant to shoot, she was reportedly confined to the makeup room by the producer.

Additionally, Mukherjee claimed she was not paid the full amount owed to her by the production house, resulting in significant dues.
