Homicide: Four Of A Family Mercilessly Slaughtered In Haripur

Haripur: Four members of the same family are brutally slaughtered by unidentified assailants in Naiyan Di Gali, Haripur, on Saturday.

According to initial police reports, the attackers barged into a house within the jurisdiction of Makhniyal Police Station and killed Sagheer Ahmed, son of Feroz Din, and Safeer Ahmed and Adeel, sons of Sagheer, with sharp knives, while Jamila Bibi sustained injuries.

Police promptly reached the crime scene and shifted the injured to the Trauma Centre Haripur, while the deceased were taken to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Khanpur for post-mortem examination.

Makhniyal Police have launched an investigation into the incident and are working to apprehend the perpetrators.
